Functionalities
U IT will first focus on the development of RSend BATCH. Refer to the RSend BATCH page for more information.
In order to maximise the stability of RSend BATCH, the application will only include the following core functionalities :
- Add, remove and configure buckets (GUI interface or manual edition)
- Send files (reports) to eDesk buckets
- Download files (reports) from eDesk buckets
- Bucket auto-selection upon filename
- Multi input directories
- Notify on error
- Maintain an historic of in/out operations
Aims are : (I) to ensure the business continuity of the file transfer operations and (II) to minimize the updates. Additional functions related to the legal reporting will be added as separated modules and/or applications.
