RSend GUI is smart and nifty application, developped for the Luxembourg market. It allows declarers or technical senders to quickly send their reports to eDesk without the need to connect to the platform.

Current status : under development.
Target date : to be released between mid to end of August 2024

Our target is to release version v1.0 before end of August 2024 + activate the free trial license option.

Steps to follow:

  • Once link active : click it to access a small form, once completed the demand will be forwarded to U IT
  • Upon acceptation, U IT will send a mail with a temporary download link
  • Follow the documentation to install the application
  • Run the application in GUI mode and follow the license-request creation steps
  • Send the license-request file by email to U IT (and/or upload it on this same page)
  • U IT will send back a mail containing the license file
  • Install the license file
  • Follow the documentation to configure it, add buckets & test communication with eDesk

The application will not contain limitations, it'll be directly usable to send production reports to eDesk
The free trial license will by default be of 6 months, can be extended under discussion or replaced by a paid license

For those who want to test RSend ASAP

It's possible to obtain a copy and a trial license of the current development version of RSend before we release v1.0. Note that the current version of RSend is already stable and well performs the main transfer operation, it's already used in production for a few selected customers and also at U IT for the AIFM/Annex IV reports.

  • We'll intervene to install and configure RSend with you (remote intervention that will be invoiced)

  • We reserve the right to refuse or delay your request in the event of a lack of resources on our part.
