RSend is an S3 file-transfer application dedicated to the transmission of legal reports to the eDesk (CSSF) platform. RSend is primarely focussed for automation (BATCH mode), but is also declined in an interactive (GUI) version.

RSend GUI is smart and nifty application, developped for the Luxembourg market. It allows declarers or technical senders to quickly send their reports to eDesk without the need to connect to the platform.

RSend BATCH - Licensing
The license model set for RSend BATCH is a yearly license based on Volume.
We minimised red tape and gave our customers extra flexibility to adapt from one year to the next.
The main characteristic of the license is the Volume which determines its Category. The volume is based on the number of reports sent and feedback received. We delimited 12 categories, from RSend 50 suited for small entities to the unlimited license.
For the financial institutions (banks), this volume can greatly vary : from 500 files exchanged per year to more than 5000. We notice two main factors which can greatly increase the volume of transfers :
- If the bank has to report for Branches (more branches, more reports)
- If the bank is sending MiFID (TAFREP) reports
RSend in 2025
2025 will be the main year of the migration of the reporting from SOFiE/e-file to eDesk. Estimating the volume of reports that will be exchanged with eDesk for this year will be hardly possible.
Based on this fact, we took the following decisions to promote RSend BATCH, starting September 2024 :
- Free download & license of 6 months (up to 1 year under conditions)
- Simplified contract with no renewal & a fixed cost for remaining 2025 (suited for companies who need more time to decide)
