RSend BATCH - LRCP Platform
LRCP stands for Legal Reporting Central Platform.
In 2011 U IT started to install & configure the batch version of SOFiE Sort for banks, a first template of configuration was setup in 2014 followed by the development of a couple of satellite applications (STB ToolBox) to respond to the raising needs of our customers.
The actual LRCP Platform is a combination of :
- A precise configuration of SOFiE Sort in BATCH mode
- A set of pre- and post-processing tools (satellite tools)
- Two consultation tools for users
- A service contract
The platform will transform and evolve from 2024 to 2026. A dedicated section will be added to the site once the new template finalized

Update of LRCP (2024 to 2026)
Due to the introduction of eDesk, the LRCP platform is evolving to include the RSend flux and preserve a single unified environment.
The current satellite tools will be updated to merge both data flows. The interactive ones will be re-written in web-based applications under a new (local/intranet) web-portal named Axis WEB. "Axis" will be the core name given to U IT solution, the application layer running on the LRCP platform.
Planning of development is as follow :
- 2024 : Add the RSend/eDesk CSSF flux
- 2024 Q3/Q4 : Update of the STB tools to include RGen flux
- 2024 Q4 : First version of Axis WEB : web-based intranet portal for users
- 2025 : Development of Axis WEB (replacement of STB interactive tools)
- 2025 : Development of Axis RTB (rename/replacement of STB automated tools)
- 2026 : Terminate the new LRCP template with RSend, Axis RTB, Axis WEB & SOFiE Sort -or- e-file

About e-file
Despite the mention of e-file, U IT does not possess the same technical expertise on e-file than on SOFiE Sort. The STB tools U IT developped for SOFiE are not compatible with the e-file batch mode named "Sending Service".
We will study the possibility to include the e-file flux within the new version of the STB (Axis RTB / Reporting ToolBox). This decision will mainly depend on the choice of the BCL to continue with the actual channels or to migrate to another solution. If the last choice, will they follow the CSSF using an S3 architecture ?
Even if you use e-file, RSend can be installed on the same server than the Sending Service in order centralize both regulators flux on the same platform. Do not hesitate to contact us if you use e-file.
